Merchandise damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded based on the buyer's decision. The buyer must send photographs of the damage with the original packaging within 72 hours of delivery. Return shipping labels are available free of charge upon request. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for requesting a return label for Surrounded by Simplicity to cover the return shipping cost. Returned merchandise must be received in the original shipping condition.
