This is a beautiful Callisia repens "Pink Panther" miniature Wandering Dude succulent starter plant. It has been rooted and established. The Callisia repens is also known as the Pink Lady, Turtle Vine, Creeping Inch Plant, and Bolivian Jew. It is an evergreen trailing semi-succulent. These beauties are native to Mexico, Central America, and regions in South America. This amazing plant is a favorite among plant lovers and collectors because of its amazing strings of leaves. They have stunning pink and silver leaves that also have a creme and green color. The Callisia repens is easy to take care of and is very drought tolerant. The beautiful trailing vines can reach lengths up to 4 feet and make fantastic ground cover or hanging basket plants. They enjoy an environment of indirect sunlight. Too much sunlight can cause the leaves of this plant to turn yellow and wither. These plants love a combination of peat moss, perlite, and kiryu zuna/kiryu sand with a slightly acidic pH level of 5.5 to 6.5. This soil mixture provides good drainage and aeration. It does not have to be watered until the soil is nearly dry. It is best not to use a substrate like vermiculite because it can easily harm the root part of this plant. It prefers a warm climate and will grow well outdoors year round in USDA zones 8a-11. It does best when the temperature is between 60°F and 75°F and the overwintering temperature cannot be less than 41°F. These amazing succulents are very easy to grow and maintain. They make wonderful gifts! Pick some up for your home or garden today!
