This is a beautiful String of Raindrops succulent starter plant. It has been rooted and established. The String of Raindrops is believed to be a hybrid of the String of Pearls Senecio rowleyanus. The leaf shape is elliptical and pointed at the front. The leaves resemble raindrops and are a fleshy green with a distinct longitudinal line. The stem is slender with a beautiful yellow-green color and the leaves dangle from its stems like vines. The gorgeous white flowers are tubular in nature and extend to the head of the leaves. The String of Raindrops sap has a sandalwood scent, which can be clearly smelled when the leaves are crushed. The beautiful trailing vines can reach lengths up to 48 inches and make fantastic ground cover or hanging basket plants. They enjoy an environment of indirect sunlight. Too much sunlight can cause the leaves of this plant to turn yellow and wither. These plants love a combination of peat moss, perlite, and kiryu zuna/kiryu sand with a slightly acidic pH level of 6.0 to 6.5. This soil mixture provides good drainage and aeration. It does not have to be watered until the soil is nearly dry. It is best not to use a substrate like vermiculite because it can easily harm the root part of this plant. It prefers a warm climate and will grow well outdoors year round in USDA zones 8b-11. It does best when the temperature is between 68°F and 82°F and the overwintering temperature cannot be less than 41°F. These amazing succulents are very easy to grow and maintain. Please pay attention to your tracking information so you know when your plant will be delivered. Plants should not be exposed to the elements or left in a hot or cold mailbox for extended periods of time. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if plants are damaged or die during shipping or if the health of your plant does not look well.
If your plant dies within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Please send us a picture of the plant, and we will send you a new plant or refund your payment.
